SHIPPING POLICY – CUSTOMIZED HUB

  1. Order Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days after successful order placement. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional sales.

  2. Customization Time:
    Since we specialize in customized products, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for product customization before dispatch.

  3. Shipping Time & Delivery:
    Once your order is customized and ready to ship, the estimated delivery time is:
    Same cities: 3-4 business days
    Other cities/towns: 5-8 business days
     Remote areas: 7-10 business days
    (Please note these are estimates; actual delivery times may vary based on courier performance and location.)

  4. Shipping Charges:
    – We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
    – For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD fee may apply, which will be displayed during checkout.

  5. Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via our delivery partner's website.

  6. Delivery Partners:
    We work with reputed courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

  7. Delays & Exceptions:
    Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience during such times and assure you we will do our best to resolve any issues.

  8. Address Accuracy:
    Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order. Customized Hub will not be responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  9. International Shipping:
    Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
