Welcome to Brand Customize Hub! We're committed to providing premium, customized products made with love and care. To ensure a seamless experience for both sides, please read our policies carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: All customized orders take 3–7 business days to process. Complex designs may take longer.

  • Confirmation: Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent.

  • Design Proofs: For personalized designs, we may send you a proof for approval. Delayed approval may extend production time.

  • Shipping: Delivery time depends on your location and courier service. Tracking will be provided once dispatched.


Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted after order confirmation.

However, we will offer replacements or partial refunds ONLY in the following scenarios:

Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Items:

If you receive a:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item/design

  • Missing item

You must provide an unboxing video as proof that clearly shows:

  • The unopened package

  • The unboxing process without any cuts or edits

  • The defect/problem with the product

Without an unboxing video, we cannot accept or process any claims.

Why an Unboxing Video is Required?

This policy is in place to protect both our customers and our business from misuse and false claims. The video helps us validate the issue quickly and efficiently.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement, only if we haven’t started production.

  • After 6 hours or once the design process begins, cancellations are no longer possible.


Customization Policy

  • Please double-check all spelling, dates, names, and design instructions before submitting.

  • We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer once a design is approved or confirmed.

  • All designs remain the intellectual property of Brand Customize Hub and may not be resold or reused without permission.


Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please contact your local courier. Unfortunately, we cannot refund in cases where tracking shows successful delivery.


Dispute Resolution

If you’re unhappy with your order, contact us at [support email or contact form] within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
