Delivery Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Your parcel will typically be delivered within 4 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability. Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

Return Policy
We accept returns strictly within 7 days of receiving your parcel. After 7 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• You must provide an unboxing video of the parcel from the moment it is opened. This video is mandatory and must clearly show the condition of the item upon delivery.

• Returns without an unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Important Notes:

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

• If an item is received damaged, the unboxing video will serve as proof for processing a refund or replacement.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued via your original method of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference
